Delegation of domains directly under the .HU public domain may be applied for by:
- any citizen of the European Union
- any natural person holding a permit for domiciliation in Hungary
- furthermore, the beneficiary of a trademark registered with the Hungarian Patent Office or granted protection rights in Hungary

name of the first claimant. After the 14 days, controlling and registering procedures are being started. This will take 3-5 days.
Usually the third level domain becomes accessible to use during 3-5 days after receiving the payment.
